Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within 0 to 2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 8 to 10 business days. Shipping is provided free of charge. The shipping cut off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders submitted after the cut off time are handled on the following business day where applicable.

Returns and Refunds
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of receiving an order. Returned items should be unused and unworn and should be returned with original packaging and tags where applicable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
After a returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within up to 7 days.
